Tour Through Blogland

Happy Wednesday, Ladies!

I was nominated for "Tour Through Blogland" by the beautiful Shauna of the blog Lipgloss and Lace.
Her long locks, gorgeous smile, and amazing style have me eager to see her posts each day!
I am so thrilled to become part of such an awesome experience to meet other bloggers and new friends!

Here is a little bit of information about me...

1. What am I working on?

Currently, I am working on a lot of things in my personal and blog life!
My fiance and I just moved home to Arizona from North Dakota a couple weeks ago.
We just unpacked our house and got all settled in. Can I just say...moving is exhausting!
We are also getting married in a few weeks!
Lot's of wedding planning and meetings this month.

As far as blogging goes, I am just working on sharing more daily fashion trends.
I have worked with many companies and brands to help promote their awesome fashion lines and accessories!
I love sharing new brands and companies with my readers.

I am a representative for Shop Hope's and absolutely love it!
They have high-qaulity fashion, amazing customer service, and the sweetest boss around.
Be sure to check out our stuff and apply code REPLOVE to save 10% on your order!

If you are brand and are interested in working together, email me at withawinkandatwirl@gmail.com

2. How does my work differ from others in its genre?

I would not say that my blog differs much from other blogs of similar genres.
I am just a girl that loves to talk fashion and share my passion with others!
I began blogging as a personal and creative outlet for myself, and it has turned into so much more!
I love meeting fellow bloggers and making new friends on this crazy, fun, blogging adventure!
I don't know where this blog is going, but I am just happy to be on the ride!

3. Why do I write/create what I do?

As I said already, I began this blog as a creative outlet for myself.
I am one of those people that finds joy in doing and creating things.
Growing up, I was the girl that spent hours making scrapbooks and home movies with my friends.
I wanted to document life and take pictures along the way.
I like to think of this blog as a fashion document of my life.
I cannot wait to compile all my posts in a book and share it with my children one day.
They will totally be like... You wore that?! Ewww! I seriously cannot wait!
The other amazing part about blogging, are all the sweet and thoughtful friends I've made along the way!

4. How does my writing/creating process work?

When it comes to blogging, I would not say that I am a planner.
I don't plan out my looks in advance and schedule days to shoot my photos.
I am very fly by the seat of my pants when it comes to my photo shoots.
My fiance is my photographer and takes all my photos for me. He's the best!

Whenever I share a fashion post, I am sharing what I actually wore that day.
I believe that fashion is a lifestyle. It needs to be real and relevant.
What you see is what you get! I like to be real with you all!

Once I take photos, I simply upload and post.
I do not even own Photoshop ladies! I just make small edits with iPhoto and call it a day!
I mean, let's be real, who always has time for all that?! :)

Thank you so much for taking the time to read a little bit about me and my blogging adventure!
I truly adore each and every one of you that is following along with me.
Please don't hesitate to email me with questions or to just drop by and say hello!
I love to talk with all of you!

Emily - I Do Declare

Hey y'all! My name is Emily Cole and I blog over at I Do Declare
I am a lover of pink, polka dots, glitter, and anything glamorous and girly!
I also believe in eating lots of sweets, taking bubble baths,
chasing after your dreams, and that the bigger the hair, the better!
I started my blog as a way to document my love for fashion and finding great deals.
As a newlywed and a college student, I have to be pretty thrifty with my finds,
but I believe a woman can look fabulous in anything if she wears it with confidence!
Meeting new bloggers is one of my favorite things, so I'd love it if you stopped by sometime! XOXO

I also didn't know you were getting married so soon. Very exciting, and I can't believe that's all been going on at the same as the move.

And WOW... kudos for posting outfits the day of. I like to stay as up to date as possible, but definitely couldn't upload and share same day.

    1. Thank you, Jackie! :) Yeah..it's been a crazy time for sure!! And we both graduated from grad school this month as well! Haha, I think I might have confused you all! I don't post the same day as I shoot... I just post outfits that I wear all day. Meaning, I don't get dressed up for a shoot and then go home and change! ;) Sorry to confuse you!

Congrats on your engagement! Good luck with your wedding :) Remember, don't stress the little things. At least one thing always goes wrong at a wedding, and that's okay. Just have a wonderful time!
